We provide introductions, strategic advisory, training programmes (including Commsonly Master), and related export development services. CommsOnly is a trading name operated by IMPORT-UK.COM LTD.
Our services are offered on a subscription or one-time fee basis as described on our website. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Fees are due in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase. IMPORT-UK.COM LTD reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
CommsOnly provides introductions to sales agents based on your brief and requirements. While we apply our best efforts to identify suitable candidates, we do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a commercial agreement, sales performance, or specific revenue outcome. The commercial relationship established between you and any agent is solely between you and that agent.
IMPORT-UK.COM LTD treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, product details, or strategic data with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Upon request, we are prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any engagement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, training materials, methodologies and software — is the property of IMPORT-UK.COM LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMPORT-UK.COM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any agent introduction. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IMPORT-UK.COM LTD in the three months preceding the claim.
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time services and training programmes (including Commsonly Master) are non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has commenced. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of IMPORT-UK.COM LTD in cases of documented technical failure.
IMPORT-UK.COM LTD processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
